Our Print Service Policy

• We follow advance payment policy to process any job.

• A minimum of 50% upto 100% advance payment to be made according to nature of job.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the submitted artwork complies with print requirements. (resolution, file format, etc.).

• We will notify you of any issues, but we are not responsible for product quality or delays caused by poor-quality files.

• No work will begin until advance payment has been received and the design has been approved by the customer.

• We charge Rs. 100/- per half hour for page setup or light modifications to your files for printing.

• We charge Rs. 500/- per half hour for basic design service.

• All quoted / estimated prices are excluding any taxes. Any applicable axes, packing charges, transportation charges

  will be included at checkout.

• For secure customer data protection no files will be saved unless requested.

• Editable / Open / Raw files are provided to the customer only on request at extra payment.

• Graphix reserves the right to reject any work if found in violation of the copyright law or legally untenable.
